Weekly Demidov Acting Technique Class

This weekly class is for actors who would like a more regular training in the Demidov Acting Technique. Classes will introduce actors to the core principles of the technique, including Creative Freedom, ‘Emptiness’, Faith, Creative Calm, Passivity and surrendering to impulse. Actors will learn to trust and give in to their creative instincts, and develop the ability to enter a sustainable creative state. Classes will focus centrally on Demidov’s foundational etudes, enabling actors to access the richness of their inner life, developing their perception of circumstances, relationships, and facilitating emotional richness and spontaneity.
